Strengthening Operations and Business Processes in Viet Nam Railways
(ADB: Vietnam, 2008–2010)

The objective of the project is to review and rationalise the organisation and financial management practices of Viet Nam Railways (VNR) and introduce a computerised Financial Management Information System. The first phase of the project is concerned with introduction of FMIS at the head quarters of VNR and linking it with regional system. During the phase 2 of the project to be defined later, the system will be rolled out to all regional units.
