Developing a Management Information System for Uzbektelecom
(ADB: Uzbekistan, 2003–2004)

The Asian Development Bank was supporting the Government of Uzbekistan and Uzbektelecom to strengthen the telecommunications regulatory environment, while identifying opportunities to improve the profitability of Uzbektelecom in preparation for privatisation. Corporate Solutions was chosen to assist Uzbektelecom in implementing International Financial Reporting Standards, financial planning procedures and tools for the implementation of Management Information Systems in all Uzbektelecom's 18 subsidiaries.
