Unified Policy on Transit Fees and Tariffs
(Tacis: TRACECA countries, 2001–2004)

Corporate Solutions, as a member of a consortium including Tebodin and Scott Wilson, were awarded a project to develop and introduce a unified policy on transit fees and tariffs for all modes of transport along the TRACECA route. This included roads, railways and ports. The overall objective of the project was to find practical solutions that would enable the whole of the TRACECA route to be commercially competitive and attractive to all transport users. Our responsibility was primarily to address the issues facing the railway sector and to define a cost-based tariff structure for implementation by all rail operators along the route.
