(Russia, 2000–Present)

Since January 2000, Corporate Solutions has worked on a fully commercial basis with a small number of Russian clients on a range of projects. These included: assisting a major Russian distributor and exporter of electromechanical goods with developing exclusive distribution contracts with a number of Russian manufacturers in Siberia; helping a Russian manufacturer and its joint venture partners identify potential targets for acquisition in Russia (this included conducting due diligence and producing valuations); and working with a high tech company in Russia to identify weaknesses in its financial management practices and systems.
