Corporate Solutions was selected to assist the Electricity Company of Serbia with the specification, procurement and implementation of an integrated Financial Management Information Systems. Assistance is also being provided with the introduction of changes to the finance function in order to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. This was complemented with a comprehensive training programme in finance, accounting and Management Information Systems. The new system is being implemented in two phases across 20 operating units. It will support over 2400 users. The new system will provide core functionality to support accounting and reporting requirements of the company and will be developed in future to form a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning system. |
