Development of Financial Systems of Copper Processing Facilities
(British Know How Fund: Russia, 1996–1997)

Corporate Solutions led this project, funded by the British Know How Fund, to assist with the restructuring of a copper foil manufacturer in Ryazan . The first phase of the project generated recommendations for restructuring based on an assessment of the effectiveness of the existing management structure, business processes, financial management practices, sales and marketing function, and manufacturing facilities. The subsequent phases of the project focused on the detailed definition of solutions and their implementation.
