Roads rehabilitation project: Business management in entity road companies
(ebrd: bosnia and herzegovina, 2008–2010)

Corporate Solutions was awarded the contract by the EBRD to assist two Bosnian Road Authorities  with improvement in the areas of Business planning,  Accounting and financial management  and Management information systems. The Consultants will provide a framework for the preparation of business plans, and facilitate the development of business plans by the clients for the first year.

One of the objectives of the project is to assist the clients to improve their financial accounting and management procedures to ensure they are compliant with the requirements of Government, their auditors, their lenders, and with international good practice.

As a part of the project Consultants will be responsible for the review of the computer-based management information systems and provide recommendations how systems can be improved. Project envisages procurement of the new Document Management Information System and Financial Management Information System.
