Government Financial Management Information System (GFMIS)

The objective of this assignment is to help the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia (MOFE) strengthens its capacity and preparedness to introduce and implement a Government Financial Management Information System (GFMIS).

A core task of this assignment is to assist the MOFE prepare detailed technical specifications for the application software, hardware and network equipment solutions developed for the GFMIS. Another critical deliverable is an enhanced implementation strategy for the MOFE to implement the GFMIS under the framework of overall Public Financial Management (PFM) reforms.

The Consultant will also assist MOFE in organizing workshops for user groups and training programs for MOFE technical staff on information system procurement.
